Miscommunication: where the resource either misunderstands the project manager or fails to communicate vital information to the project manager.
Missed Deadlines: where the resource fails to meet the project’s planned deadline. Complaints: this can be a multitude of different types of complaints issued by the project managers due to dissatisfaction with work performance.
